Mini Surat is a retail destination inspired by the vibrant textile culture of Surat, offering a wide range of everyday and festive fashion. The goal was to create a space and brand presence that felt lively, organized, and approachable while reflecting the richness of Indian fabrics and colours. MAD Design Solutions was brought in to enhance the overall retail experience through branding and spatial design.

The primary challenge was to manage visual vibrancy without overwhelming the customer. The space needed to showcase variety and colour while remaining easy to navigate and comfortable to shop in. Creating a cohesive identity across interiors, signage, and brand touchpoints while maintaining retail functionality and clarity was essential.

We developed a cohesive brand and space identity that celebrated Indian textiles through colour, graphics, and layout planning. The interiors were designed to feel energetic yet structured, allowing products to take center stage. Clear navigation and signage systems were integrated to improve customer flow and ease of shopping. From visual branding elements to spatial graphics and execution support, every detail was aligned to create a smooth, engaging retail experience that feels distinctly Mini Surat.
